THE BED AND BREAKFAST RULES:

BOOKING AND PAYMENT :  The bookings will be confirmed against the payment of a deposit  up to the 30 % of the total amount.
 

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES :  The stay begins after 12.00 am on the day of the arrival. In any case, when possible, if the room booked is available, the stay could begin first. On the departure day, the stay must cease, within 10.00 am, without any possibility of delay.
 

PETS : The pets are not accepted.
